Our Rates, Fees & Tuition Options
At Great Beginnings Early Learning Center, we are committed to providing the highest level of care and early education for your children while keeping our tuition rates competitive and accessible to families. Our goal is to offer exceptional value, combining affordability with the safety, structure, and nurturing environment your child deserves.
Enrollment Fee
A non-refundable Enrollment Fee of $150 per child is due upon enrollment. Each year, a Re-Enrollment Fee of $150 will be charged for students returning for the upcoming school year.
Security Deposit / Reservation Fee
To secure your child’s space, a $300 Security Deposit per family is required at the time of enrollment. This deposit will be applied to your final month’s tuition when you provide a 30-day written notice of withdrawal.
Annual Materials Fee
An annual, non-refundable Materials Fee is due at enrollment and re-enrollment each year:
- Nursery Programs (Lambs & Ducks): $350
- Preschool Programs (Penguins, Cubs, Giraffes): $500

*Please note: Weekly tuition rates are shown for proration and comparison only. Tuition is billed monthly. Monthly tuition is based on 4.33 weeks/month, reflecting 52 weeks/year.
*Children in the Preschool classes (ages 3–5) who are not fully potty trained will remain at the Penguins tuition rate until the assigned teacher confirms the child is 100% potty trained.

Additional Fees
- Access Key Fob or Mobile Pass Rental: $15 each (Replacement: $25)
- Late Pick-Up Fee: Applies when a child is picked up after closing. Please refer to the parent handbook for specifics.
Discounts
- Sibling Discount: 5% off for each sibling enrolled
- Active Duty Military Discount: 5% off monthly tuition
*Only one discount can be applied per family. We recommend choosing the one that offers the highest savings.
Payment Options
- Tuition may be paid Monthly (1st of the month) or Semi-Monthly (1st & 15th)
- All tuition and fees are billed and automatically drafted via Brightwheel
